When Ford announced the 2015 F-150, it basically declared the Tremor dead. But with the 2015 F-150, it might actually be a good time to give the Tremor a second chance!

During testing of the aluminum body of the 2015 Ford F-150, Ford performed a deep cover operation with Barrick Gold Corp., the country's largest producer of gold. They sent them two prototype trucks and didn't tell them that they were made from aluminum.

Late last year, Ford held a press conference where they announced that all of their performance efforts (SVT, RS, Ford Racing, etc...) would fall under the umbrella of a single brand called Ford Performance.

Guess what? I'm okay with Ford dumping the 6.2L V8 in favor of an EcoBoost powered V6 engine. I know most of you are not, as you've pointed out in our forums and in the comments, but in this future of high-performance vehicles, turbo is, for better or worse, the way to go.
