We decided to actually record some of our recent talk about Harley's new bike: why we should care, what's the point, and Harley's image.
It has "epic," written all over it: Steve Miller Band is playing in the background and there's a running Mustang (horse) and the new-for-1979 Ford Mustang rolling down the road. The commercial uses such catchphrases as; "dramatic sports-car styling", "one of the most efficient aerodynamic designs of any car now built in America", and "feel it slice through the wind." Wow.
When the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee was designed, Jeep drivetrain engineers knew that Jeep customers expect their vehicles to be capable and come with a true low-range. Not only did they do that, but this FWD-based drivetrain architecture features a true locking rear, a true low-range gear ratio, and the trail performance expected out of a Jeep product.
As car guys, most of us enjoy working on and upgrading our vehicles with our own hands; however, wouldn't it be nice to buy something that's awesome right out of the box?
Earlier this month, "akn224's" pre-teen dream became a reality when he purchased his first Corvette: a 2004 C5 with only 29,000 miles ... not even broken in, if you ask me.
